Aspectos vinculados al crecimiento del sector agroganadero en la estructura productiva y las exportaciones de Santiago del Estero (2000-2010)

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to descriptively expose the most outstanding factors and/or elements that influenced the dynamics of the agricultural and livestock sector of Santiago del Estero in the first decade of the 21st century. Although the period requires taking into account multiple dimensions, on this occasion a general synthesis is established that contributes to linking the nodal elements to understand the factors that helped to boost the provincial agro-livestock sector. The period 2000-2010 was considered, since the analysis of this cut allows to appreciate attributes in productive matters, but also to identify features of the sector.
Methodologically, the study uses time series analysis and linear estimation to determine the growth rate of the sector and understand the behavior of the sector compared to the nation.
